In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "fa333", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the fa333 platform and its operating entity, accessible at fa333.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the fa333 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon completion of the registration process, through which all wagering, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Platform" — the fa333 website at fa333.io, including all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, fishing games, slots, and any other product or service hosted thereon.
• "Wallet" — the internal balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward credited to a Player's Account by fa333 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules, addenda, or policies incorporated by reference.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all fa333 operational matters.

By accessing the fa333 Platform or creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and fa333 and govern every interaction you have with the Platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Use of the fa333 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire period of Account use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fa333 does not permit gambling by any individual under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the fa333 Platform or had an Account closed by fa333 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of fa333 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

Each Player may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. fa333 uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any secondary accounts identified will be closed with all balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. fa333 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify fa333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Do not log in to your Account from shared or public devices where your credentials may be stored.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options offered on the Platform whenever available.

Deposits. The minimum deposit on the fa333 Platform is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. fa333 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which fa333 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment network.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless fa333 has expressly approved an alternative method. Processing times vary by payment method but fa333 targets completion within one to four hours for mobile wallet withdrawals during normal operating conditions.

• fa333 may require identity and source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals from Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• fa333 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where a verification review is in progress.
• In the event of a payment system error that results in an incorrect credit to your Wallet, you are obliged to notify fa333 immediately. fa333 will reverse any erroneous credits regardless of whether the funds have been wagered.

All bets and wagers placed on the fa333 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, market, or game as published on the Platform at the time of placement. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rule expressly states otherwise.

Sports Betting. All cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. fa333 reserves the right to void any bet where the price was offered in error, where the market integrity has been compromised, or where the event outcome is officially reversed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA).

Casino & Live Dealer Games. All slot games, table games, and live dealer products use certified random number generators or regulated live-studio equipment. Game results are final once the round has concluded. fa333 will not reverse a game result on the grounds that a Player disagrees with the outcome unless there is a demonstrable technical malfunction recorded by the Platform logs.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error during a game round or live bet — including disconnection, server error, or display fault — the outcome recorded in the fa333 server logs shall be treated as the definitive result. Where a malfunction prevents a round from completing, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.

fa333 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform and must be read alongside these Terms.

• Bonus offers are available to one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted Bonus Funds expire at the end of the stated period.
• fa333 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.
• Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, collusion with other Players, or the use of automated tools — will have all Bonus Funds forfeited and the Account suspended.
• Bonus Funds cannot be used to place bets on markets with odds below a minimum threshold specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed below this threshold will not count towards Wagering Requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fa333 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of or for the benefit of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of crime.
• Employing any software, bot, script, spider, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by fa333.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes — whether in sports odds or casino game configurations — to gain an advantage that fa333 has not sanctioned.
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event on which fa333 offers markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward fa333 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without their explicit consent.

All content on the fa333 Platform — including but not limited to the fa333 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of fa333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of fa333.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the Platform under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of that content is a violation of both these Terms and the applicable studio's intellectual property rights.

fa333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

fa333 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data shared with payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process transactions and comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by fa333 at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 calendar days, subject to any overriding legal obligations that require fa333 to retain certain records.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if fa333 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

fa333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fa333 is not responsible for: (a) any failure or delay in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, or actions of third-party payment networks; (b) the accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party sports data or odds-feed providers; or (c) losses arising from a Player's own failure to secure their Account credentials.

fa333 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all Players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the Account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that Players can set and reduce at any time. An increase to a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications that remind Players of the duration of their current session at intervals they specify.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion option that immediately locks the Account for a minimum period of six (6) months, with the option to extend to five (5) years or permanently. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before their expiry date under any circumstances.

fa333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — fa333 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, sending an email notification to the registered address on each affected Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date. Any open bets placed before the effective date will be settled under the Terms that were in force at the time of placement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fa333's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to fa333's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

fa333 will acknowledge any formal dispute within 72 hours of receipt and will endeavour to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 28 calendar days, you may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction.

fa333 does not accept service of legal process by email. All formal legal correspondence must be addressed to fa333 in writing. The English-language version of these Terms shall govern in all disputes; any translation is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal standing.
